  • Operations Analyst - View Details
    We are looking for our Operations Analyst. This requires collaboration with internal interdisciplinary teams to coordinate card operations across the entire support life cycle. To achieve this you need to be amicable, be able to communicate with multiple teams of different disciplines, have an innate sense of ownership, be data driven and leave nothing to chance. You are a self-starter who can work independently as well as lead directly and adjacent teams until issues are resolved and new processes and initiatives materialize.

    Responsibilities: monitor, operate, initiate, improve

    • Manage end to end execution of debit card-related operational processes including monitoring and analysis of business services, reconciliation,abuse investigations, service updates and more!
    • Monitor the system daily, diagnose issues, initiate corrective actions and follow up to completion to keep services operational
    • Cooperate and sync with multi-disciplinary teams including AML, Finance, Compliance, Customer service, R&D, product, third parties across all operational aspects and proposed improvements
    • Participate in designing the operational aspects of business processes and assist in their implementation
    • Initiate and document processes to constantly improve the efficiency and quality of card operations
    • Troubleshooting of any failures and managing exclusions related to the the following
    • Order Card
    • Issue Card
    • Send / Dispatch Card
    • Activate Card
    • Physical Card Inventory Management.
    • Daily Card and Account transactions Reports

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner to clients
    • Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation
    • Train clients on the Company's trading systems, and interact daily with clientele
    • Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email
    • Lead a sales strategy for the acquisition of new customers

  • Crypto Compliance Officer - View Details
    The role holder will head the [global] crypto compliance function covering all Elite Invest crypto-related products and services, and act as the senior domain expert for crypto regulation. In particular, the role holder will be responsible for:

    • The design and oversight of the crypto regulatory risk & compliance monitoring program;
    • Leading the mapping of all Elite Invest cryptocurrency products and services against the evolving global regulatory landscape;
    • Leading new crypto licencing and registration projects (globally);
    • Advising the Group on complex regulatory issues;
    • Advising the Group on new and emerging regulatory developments e.g. MiCA
    • Developing and maintaining positive and transparent relationships with Regulators (inc. the FCA, GFSC and BaFIN);
    • Overseeing the drafting and ongoing maintenance of robust policies and procedures;
    • Managing the submission of ad hoc & routine regulatory reporting, including formal notifications (where required);
    • Reviewing and approving financial promotions / marketing campaigns;
    • Supporting product development, including advising the Group on the use of licences & registrations to develop product and services;
    • Giving general compliance opinions/support;
    • Participating in Board of Director meetings;
    • Being a designated regulatory approved individual (in multiple jurisdictions if required);

    • Requirements
    • Educated to degree level;
    • Have a proven track record of working in financial services;
    • A subject matter expert in cryptocurrency regulation including FATF Guidelines, 5AMLD and the Travel Rule;
    • Experienced in building working relationships with Regulators and law enforcement agencies;
    • Able to advise Group colleagues on complex regulatory issues;
    • Have a proven track record in the development of dynamic regulated products and services;
    • Experienced in successfully managing multiple projects at the same time;
    • Able to work to short timelines in a fast-paced environment;
    • Have excellent communication and presentation skills;
    • Able to operate as a key member of an international team;
    • Be willing to travel (including overseas if required).
